THE DESTINATION

Split

This is the second largest city in Croatia. It is a dynamic and vibrant holiday resort that turns into life over the lively summer season. Its pulsating heart is concentrated in the compact Old Town, composed of the orderly streets and monuments of the imposing Roman emperor's abode. Just a stone´s throw away from the Palace, Riva, the evocative seafront promenade runs parallel to the city in a hub of activities that buzzes with life since the early hours. Rich in shops, cafes, and bars, the seafront boardwalk is where both locals and tourists congregate day and night, mingling and mixing.

Brač

Brač is a Croatian island in the Adriatic Sea. It's best known for the white-pebble beach Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape), a favored windsurfing site outside the resort town of Bol. Supetar, the island's main town, offers a horseshoe-shaped beach and ferries to and from Split.

Dubrovnik

Few places in the world master the mix of young and modern, with the medieval and baroque better than Dubrovnik. The city naturally evolves around the Old Town inside the city walls. The Old Town provides a blend of shops, cafés, and bars, a fantastic atmosphere, and some stunning sights as you walk along the Stradun. The squares in the Old Town are lined with bars or restaurants with outdoor seating, allowing visitors and locals to relax with a drink in the sunshine. Modern Dubrovnik offers everything you would expect from a Mediterranean country outside the city walls. Figs, lemons, oranges, and peaches dangle from the trees in many of the gardens.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS

We will stay at all 5-star hotels, including Hotel Lemongarden and Villa DubrovnikHotel Ambassador in Split is centrally located on the West Coast promenade, close to all main attractions, restaurants, and bars. It also offers a fantastic view of Split Old Town and the Port.

Hotel Lemongarden,Brač

Paradise is a lemon garden. It is an island in the Mediterranean Sea with a fishing village, 150 lemon trees, three old manor houses, a private beach, and a pool in a blossoming garden. Welcome to the Heritage Hotel Lemongarden on the island of Brač.

Villa Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik

With its long-standing tradition dating back to 1913, this member of the SLH is an iconic landmark hotel. Housed in a former royal villa and facing the majestic Dubrovnik ramparts, the Excelsior enjoys the most desirable location in the town. Its spectacular seaside settings, the nonchalant elegance of its sumptuously designed rooms, and flawless service make it a prime Dubrovnik luxury address.

Hotel Ambassador, Split

Located in the heart of Split on the West Coast promenade, Hotel Ambassador is a luxurious hotel overlooking the Adriatic Sea, set to the backdrop of Marjan Hill with the bustling Riva promenade nearby. Where modern sophistication meets Mediterranean simplicity, Hotel Ambassador awaits.

In the afternoon, your chauffeur will pick you up for a private transfer to the Dalmatian countryside. An area located just near Split hides a delectable secret that is well kept by father and daughter duo, Tonči and Ivana, who are true to nature lovers, passionate about exploring its wonders and treasures to the greatest extent. Accompanied by a truffle expert and well-trained truffle dogs (of the breed Lagotto Romagnolo), they will guide you through a truffle hunt during which you will learn everything about the special delicacy. Afterward, you’ll enjoy an exquisite truffle dinner with tastings, including a hard homemade truffle cheese and truffle sausage, accompanied by crispy bruschetta and trufflerakija–an alcoholic beverage, the unique aroma of which gives this liquor a special and sophisticated taste.

Saturday, September 20, 2025 - Split – Sutivan, Brac Island

In the morning, your driver will meet you for a private transfer to Trogir where you will meet your host for the day - Tatjana. Tatjana is possibly one of the most energetic people you will ever meet, and her cooking class is a not-to-be-missed opportunity for all culinary enthusiasts. She will bring the food, the philosophy of food, and the essence of Dalmatia to life, as she takes you on a journey of discovery and indulgence of your senses. Much more than a simple cooking class, this is about learning how to live like a local in a historic town, whose impressive history has contributed to the way food is produced today. Your culinary tour starts with sourcing the ingredients.

You will join Tatjana at the local farmer's market, fish market and local butcher's (depending on the group’s preference) to purchase essential ingredients for your meal and witness the dynamics of everyday living in Trogir.  You’ll then be transferred to Tatjana's small traditional house where together you will learn and prepare a meal in the local way. You will feel like a true Dalmatian by the time you have finished your lunch!

After lunch, your driver will take you on a short transfer to the nearby port where your skipper will welcome you for a private speedboat transfer to Brac Island.

Upon arrival, you will check into Hotel Lemongarden 5*, where everything is geared towards relaxation and pleasure. You’ll have the rest of the day to settle in and enjoy an evening at leisure.

Sunday, September 21, 2025 - Sutivan, Brac Island

Enjoy your morning at leisure.

In the late afternoon, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to the charming village of Nerezišća where you will be welcomed by the winemaker Senjković and his wife Chef Magdalena. You’ll enjoy the most unique wine-pairing dinner served in your hosts’ private estate - a traditional homemade meal at its finest.

After dinner, a return transfer to your hotel will follow.

Monday, September 22, 2025 - Sutivan, Brac Island

Enjoy your day at leisure exploring Brač on your own.

You can rent a Mini Cooper directly from the hotel’s front desk and explore the island’s interior. Brac Island offers a range of natural and historical sites worth exploring. The Blaca Monastery, perched on a rocky hilltop, provides a glimpse into the past, while Vidova Gora, the highest peak in the Adriatic islands, offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Tuesday, September 23, 2025 - Sutivan, Brac Island - Dubrovnik

Following breakfast and check out, you will board a motor yacht for a private transfer to Dubrovnik. En route, you will visit Hvar Town or Korčula

The island of Hvar is the only Croatian island listed among the Top 10 Islands in the world! The sunny days, the surrounding crystal blue waters with nearby seductive islands, ancient villages, innumerable lavender fields, olive plantations, and vineyards, enchanting stone streets, and old Venetian palaces of the proud town of Hvar, are some of the reasons why everybody today is talking about Hvar!

After the visit, you’ll continue your journey towards Korčula. Korcula Old Town, steeped in 1000 years of history and encircled by historic walls and towers, transports us back to the era of the Venetian Republic. Although a very compact town, the steep cobblestone alleys hold enough art and architecture and unique local culture to keep you enthralled at each turn. Traditional crafts and unsurpassed skills in stone masonry and shipbuilding that have made Korcula so beautiful are almost as legendary as its most famous world-traveling son, Marco Polo.

During the day, your crew will recommend a nice restaurant for lunch at your leisure.

You’ll arrive at Dubrovnik Marina in the late afternoon and be met by your driver for a short transfer to Hotel Villa Dubrovnik 5*, one of Croatia's most exclusive and most awarded boutique hotels. With spectacular views of the Old City and the Island of Lokrum, Villa Dubrovnik provides exceptional service as it embodies contemporary luxury and refined elegance.

Settle in and enjoy your first night in Dubrovnik at leisure.

Wednesday, September 24, 2025 - Dubrovnik

Enjoy your morning at leisure.

In the afternoon you will meet your local guide and enjoy a pleasant stroll through Dubrovnik Old Town. A magnificent city with its incredible fortified Old Town, Dubrovnik is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and undoubtedly Croatia’s most popular destination. The curtain of towering walls surrounds marble streets and baroque palaces exuding a pearly light in the Adriatic sun. The main pedestrian street Stradun is a wonderful mélange of cafés and shops bookended by a cluster of important monuments at either end.

After the tour, you will join Chef Rudjer at his private table at Dubrovnik’s best new restaurant, where you'll be treated to a one-of-a-kind culinary journey through the flavors of the region. With a menu full of delicious and innovative dishes, ranging from traditional Croatian cuisine to modern creations, there's something for every palate. As you savor each course, Chef Rudjer will personally guide you through the flavors and stories behind each dish, giving you a deeper understanding and appreciation of the local culinary traditions. With breathtaking views of the Old Town's harbor from your private table, you'll be able to fully immerse yourself in the culinary delights that Chef Rudjer has to offer.

Thursday, September 25, 2025- Dubrovnik

In the morning, you will meet your host for today, renowned Croatian winemaker Mario Bartulović and embark on a private wine tour of Pelješac Peninsula!

The tour takes you along the ribbon of road that runs through the stunning landscape of the Peninsula. This is a great opportunity to learn about the region, especially the art of winemaking, in the company of a true local who has carried on his family tradition. The tour is a trio of wine tastings at the region’s most respected wine cellars and vintners, with visits to vineyards on the steep slopes of the magnificent peninsula.

First, you will visit the Miloš winery where you will have the opportunity to taste their famous Plavac Mali red wine. The next stop is the Grgich winery in Trstenik. Miljenko Grgich studied wine-making in Zagreb. After migrating to the US, with only $20 in his pocket, he founded the famous Grgich Hills winery in Napa Valley but not before he made a name for himself being part of Chateau Montelena's success story in the 70s! At the Grgich cellars, on top of hills overlooking the charming Trstenik harbor, you will taste their famous white Pošip and their red Plavac Mali Dingač.

Finally, you'll visit the 500-year-old wine cellar of the Bartulović family. Here you’ll enjoy a wine-tasting and an incredible traditional Croatian luncheon, accompanied by their great wines!

After a busy morning, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel to enjoy your last day in Croatia at leisure.
